Jon Freeman
Futures | Resilience | Facilitation
Jon has spent more than two decades helping organisations work through uncertainty and long-term change across energy, climate, security and sustainability.
At bp, he introduced foresight methods into strategic decision-making and worked on transition pathways including hydrogen and carbon capture. Previously, he led futures and resilience work at RAND Europe.
Jon creates and facilitates the structured processes that allow senior teams to work productively with uncertainty.
Strategy | Policy | Translation
Matt has spent his career working at the intersection of energy transition, strategy, politics and capital.
At bp, he worked across strategy, ESG, capital markets and external affairs; under the Chief Economist he led executive and board work stress-testing strategy against different transition dynamics. Before that he founded and led the Energy practice at policy advisory firm Global Counsel.
Matt translates between policy, strategy, sustainability and commercial perspectives so that different parts of an organisation can engage with the same decision.
